The GATI was created in 2003 after the leader, now president of the NGO, Pedro Mariano Gomes, have made several trips to the State of Mato Grosso do Sul There has several indigenous villages and so, along with his wife, vice president, Elizabete Gomes, formed groups of volunteers.

The GATI aims to provide social assistance as Indians, take hope and love. Every day new people and new businesses extend their hands to help us in this cause!

Among the volunteers are nurses, hairdressers, teachers children, cooks and professionals of the puppet. They are distributed 2,500 meals a day, clothing, shoes, basic baskets, personal hygiene products, Bibles, toys, school supplies, colchonetes, among others.

Currently the GATI has supplied the needs momentary, but the goal is to provide better conditions of life for those who were the real descobridores of Brazil.

Artesianos popular houses and wells are urgent needs in that place. The Indians live in choupanas made of stick-to-pique. 98% of them have no mattress or network, or sleeping on the floor, krmni only by netting. Water is scarce. There is no electricity. The health is precarious. When the Indians go to the city are rejected.
